SIMPLE TRICKS TO INCREASE BLOG TRAFFIC
This post is to help you make the best out of each blog post. After you’ve written and published a blog post on your website, there are a few key things you should be doing to read more readers. It’s not enough to just post and leave it as is.
You might want to bookmark this page and use it as a checklist each time you create a new blog post. These steps will assure your work gets seen by more people and brings more visitors to your website.
So they are…
Make sure your blog post title includes your keywords for that particular post.
Write a minimum of 300 words per post, but if you can make it over 500 words, it’s even better. Some even say 800 words is best. Do what you can!
Include your long-tail keywords throughout the post (without keyword stuffing), as well as in your H1, H2, and H3 headings.
Include at least one internal link in your post and at least one outbound link.
Include images and/or videos in your posts.
Optimize/resize all images for the best web performance. Do not upload files larger than 500 KB.
Rename all images used using your keywords.
Share new blog posts on all of your social media platforms!
That’s it. It’s really simple once you get used to doing all of these on a regular basis.
